The winery is located in Meloisey, in Côte-d’Or.
Our vineyard extends over the « Côte de Beaune » and the « Hautes Côtes de Beaune ».
An exceptional terroir
Our thirteen hectares of plots are located in the Bourgogne Aligoté, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Hautes Côtes de Beaune white and red, Auxey-Duresses (5 hectares, or nearly 40% of the area), Pommard, Chassagne-Montrachet and St -Aubin 1er cru « les Perrières ».
Agnès Paquet, a certain idea of wine
Agnès Paquet created her estate in 2000 from a plot acquired by her parents in the 1950s and then rented out.
2020, a typical Burgundy vintage !
From an early harvest, linked to a particularly hot year, the 2020 Vintage surprised us with levels that remained reasonable and balanced acidity. This unique alchemy has allowed us to obtain fresh and balanced wines to discover now.
